Amish Bread

1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 Pkg of Rapid Rise Yeast
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Egg Beaten
1 Cup (8 oz) sour cream
1 1/2 Cups Self Rising Flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix water and yeast, stir in remaining ingredients until fairly smooth. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes

This makes a heavy moist bread that is quick and easy. Very tasty!
