BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
(can adjust to your family's size)

12 Slices of Bread, Crust Removed
Butter
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
5 Eggs, beaten
3 Cups Milk
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp. Salt
dash of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
paprika

Butter Bread on each side; cut into 4 pieces. Layer half of bread in a buttered 9X13 pan.sprinkle half of cheese over bread. Repeat with other half of bread and cheese. Combine egggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over bread and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an your or until puffy and lightly browned. Serve at once.

Different kinds of cheese may be used if desired. This is a good school or work recipe when you don't have much time in the morning.
