Cabbage Rolls
10 Large Cabbage Leaves
1 LB Ground Beef
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 Large Onion, chopped
dash of cinnamon (optional)
1 Can tomatoes, well drained
Cook Cabbage leaves in saucepan in enough water to cover
for two minutes; drain and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients.
Place on cabbage laves. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Wrap rolls in foil.
Place in baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
