Chicken or Turkey Casserole - thanks to Billie Leonard
2 Cups Rice Cooked in Chicken Broth (Minute Rice)
3 Cups diced Chicken or Turkey
1 Cup chopped celery
3/4 Cup Mayonaise
1 Cup Mushrooms (Drained)
1 Can Cream of mushroom soup - undiluted - or you can use cream of celery, or
chicken
1 TBSP chopped onion (sauté together)
3 TBSP Butter
1/2 Cup sliced almonds
1 Cup crushed corn-flakes - place on top and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30
minutes.
