3 Lbs Ground Chuck
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 1/2 Cups Hot Water
2 Pkgs Chili Seasoning Mix
1 Large Can Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. Garlic
Preheat slow cooker. Pour in Hot Water. Crumble Ground Chuck into Water. Add
Chili seasoning, Chili powder, Tomato Sauce, and Garlic. Stir well and cook at
medium temperature 6 to 8 hours (or high temperature for 4 to 6 hours). Remove
Grease (if any) from top and stir well approximately 20 minutes before serving.
