Kentucky Pie

4 whole eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. water
3/4 cup white corn syrup
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 cup chopped coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups chocolate chips (1 bag)
2 frozen pie shells (recipe can be made while the shells are still frozen)

Directions:
Beat eggs with whisk or mixer. Add next 7 ingredients to eggs.
Stir in the pecans and coconut.
Place chocolate chips the bottoms of the pie shells (half the bag in each shell). pour filling over.

Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
