Liz's Potato Soup
1 Cup
chopped potatoes
1 Cup chopped celery
1
Chopped onion
Cook until tender.
Mash with potato masher.
Salt to taste.
Add 2 tablespoons butter.
Thicken with 3/4 cup evaporated Milk and 2 tablespoons meal.
Sprinkle with black pepper. Serve with Cornmeal Hoecakes.
