Oriental Salad from Billie Leonard
1 bocchoy or broccoli mix
1 or 2 bunches green onions
2 pkg. Ramen Noodles (Do not use packet seasoning)
1 pkg almonds or Sunflower seeds
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
Sautee in butter, noodles, and nuts and set aside. Bring to boil vinegar, oil,
sugar and soy sauce. Chop onions and bocchoy. When ready to serve pour liquid
mixture over onions and bocchoy. Top with noodles you can use combination of
nuts and water chestnuts for crunch. Also you can add shrimp if you like.
