Betty White's Parmesan Chicken
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
1/4 Cup Margarine (melted)
In a large bowl combine the first 7 ingredients. Dip chicken in margarine and then in crumb mixture. Place in a greased 13 X 10 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
