Peanut Butter Cake
1 Stick Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Crisco
Put Ingredients into a pan, bring to a boil, turn off heat and add:
2 Cups Self Rising Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Eggs - slightly beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Stir until well blended, pour into a greased and floured 9 X 13 pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Icing
1 Stick Butter or Margarine
1/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
Combine Ingredients, bring to a slow boil, remove from heat and add:
1 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 Cups Powdered Sugar
Stir Well until blended, ice cool cake
