PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL

2 (8 oz) Pkgs Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
3/4 Tsp Seasoned Salt
1 (8.5 oz) can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1/4 Cup finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp Sugar

Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in pineapple and 1/2 cup of the pecans. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Shape into a ball, roll the ball in the remaining pecans and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight
