House Pie (From the Carmack family cookbook)
1 C. butter
1/2 C.
brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 C.
white sugar
1/2 C. flour
6 oz.
Chocolate chips
Melt butter and cool to room temperature. Beat eggs until foamy. Blend flour, sugar and brown sugar into eggs until smooth. Add butter, beat some more. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a 9" deep dish unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
