Tuition and fees are
the major source of income for Antioch Academy Preschool a non-profit
corporation. It is extremely important for all families to meet payment
deadlines in order for Antioch Academy Preschool to continue to maintain
financial stability. Payment of tuition and fees allow the school to
strengthen programs, to increase faculty compensation and to operate
with fiscal responsibility. Antioch Academy Preschool, at its
discretion, reserves the right to dismiss any student who does not
follow the guidelines set forth by Antioch Academy Preschool without
refunding tuition or fees.
1. Registration
and supply fees are due and payable before students can attend class.
2. Students
will not be allowed to continue attending classes unless tuition is paid
by stated deadlines.
· Weekly
tuition is due Monday of each week the child attends. A late charge of
$10 per student will be assessed if payment is not received by Friday of
that week.
· Daily
tuition is due the same day the child attends unless other arrangements
have been made.
3. A
$25 fee will be charged for all “returned checks” for insufficient
funds or a closed account.
4. There
are no deductions for holidays, weather, closings or absences in
preschool or childcare.
5. Late
pick-up charge is $10 for any portion of fifteen minutes that the child
is picked up late.
WEATHER CLOSINGS
Our preschool
does not plan on closing due to inclement weather unless the roads and
city streets are extremely hazardous and would pose a serious safety
issue for our employees and parents. We will post our closing and delays
for inclement weather on the answering system of the preschool as early
in the day as possible. To access the system, simply phone the preschool
276-591-1803 and wait for the announcement.
